Nutrition Supplements are taken for different reasons

People take nutrition supplements for different reasons. The relationship between diet and health is known as “nutrition”. Deficiencies, imbalances and excess in diet, can produce negative impacts on a person’s health. A number of diseases can be caused by these negative impacts on an individual’s health. Something taken by individuals to enhance their diet is known as a supplement. These can include protein, minerals, fiber, vitamins and other additives.
