Happy New Year to everyone reading this!! One of my new year resolutions is to lose 10 pound within 3 weeks, and I just discovered this neat little calorie counter. It’s a google gadget, and you set it up with your gender, age, height and weight, then it calculates the amount of calories in your “allowance” each day.
After that, you click on either breakfast, lunch, dinner, other and find the food you’ve eaten. By clicking on the food you ate, the calculator tells you the amount of calories and keeps a total.
