Vemma Nutrition – All this Fruit and Veg in 1 Dose of Vemma
You would have to eat a lot of fruit and vegetables to get the same nutrition as when you drink just one 2 oz shot of Vemma Nutrition. Following is how much you would need to eat to get the same nutrients.
I wonder how many people eat that much fruit and vegetables in one day? Drinking one shotglass of Vemma nutrition must be easier and much less expensive.

Vemma contains Essential Minerals
Essential Minerals are the fifth nutrient contained in Vemma. Without nature’s fundamental minerals, the body cannot survive. These critical micronutrients are required in every cell of the body before normal function can take place. Minerals required by the body cannot be created, and these days the soils in which our food grows is severely depleted of minerals. In addition, food highly processed with synthetic ingredients lacks the minerals essential for energy production, support of vital body functions and protection from oxidative damage.
High quality plant-sourced ionic minerals in a liquid bioavailable form, should be taken for adequate mineral supplementation. “Ionic” means that the minerals are ‘magnetised’ into the body in the smallest, most body-absorbable for possible.
The whole spectrum of 65 major, trace and ultra-trace minerals should be taken, to give everything required to your body. If you want to try a product with these plant-sourced ionic minerals, plus the 12 full spectrum vitamins, mangosteen whole fruit, aloe and green tea, visit Vemma

Vemma contains Aloe Vera

Another one of the nutrients in the Vemma Nutrition Supplements is Aloe. Aloe Vera has been treasured for centuries because of its amazing healing properties. It contains around 200 active compounds including many enzymes that are missing from our food.
Aloe is deeply penetrating, working first on the digestive system then it saturates other body tissues with its healing nutrients. It was recently proven that delivery of vitamins into the blood is improved by up to 20% when Aloe is present. It was also found that the Aloe holds the vitamins in the blood for longer, giving the body a greater chance to utilise them.
Aloe’s most important ability is to dissolve sticky toxic build-up from the intestinal wall, and it helps to prevent conditions such as ‘leaky gut’ and ‘irritable bowel syndrome’, therefore reducing stress on the digestive system, increasing nutrient absorption and facilitating detoxification.
By drinking Vemma which contains Aloe with liquid vitamins each day, you can receive the following benefits:

Vemma – cold processed or hot fill
Liquid supplements have two different methods for processing. “Hot fill” means the liquid is heated at a high temperature, and poured into the bottle hot, then allowed to remain hot until it cools down on it’s own. That may sound harmless, but these are a few of the problems associated with exposing nutritional food to high heat over time:
There are also some recent discoveries that raise another potential issue surrounding heat processing.
Dr Yibing Wang, the Research Director at Vemma reports this issue:
Aside from these obvious negatives, another potential issue surrounding heat processing has come to light. During investigations relating to the review of a petition for the use of irradiation in certain foods, FDA scientists identified the substance furan in foods processed during traditional heat treatment techniques, such as cooking, jarring, and canning. The presence of furan is a potential concern because high levels of this compound have been linked to liver cancer in animals. The FDA will investigate if very low levels of furan found in certain heated foods can harm humans and much more research needs to be conducted before any firm conclusions can be made.
Dr. Yibing Wang
Director of Research and Development at Vemma
Vemma uses the cold fill processing method for the Vemma products, which enables them to retain the nutritional value in the products, and also maintain taste and color integrity.

Cannot afford Nutrition Supplements?
I Would Take Nutrition Supplements But I Can’t Afford It!!
Well I have to say I’ve have heard ‘that’ statement quite a few times since I’ve been marketing a product that makes myself and thousands of people around the world (in 45 countries so far) feel great, maintain good health and have that extra energy throughout the day.
Only a few weeks ago I was talking to the husband of one of my regular customers that usually contacts me at least a week before she runs out of the product.
In fact she did run out once while they were away for a weeks vacation and when she got back she called me as soon as she got home and said, ‘is it ok if I come around and pick up some Vemma? I ran out two days ago and I really notice the difference’.
Anyway back to when I was talking to her husband, he told me his wife really liked the product and he would also be taking it himself as well if he could afford it.
Without being too invasive I said, ‘what do you mean by that?, you don’t really have any vices do you, like gambling, or drinking or whatever?’
‘No, of course not’ he replied, ‘I just buy two or three cappuccinos a day, that’s all my pocket money gone’.
‘Okay’, I said, ‘how much does that cost you a day?’
After a minutes he worked out he was spending between nine to twelve dollars a day just on coffee. Suddenly his expression changed, a big smile appeared on his face, (like the light that comes on when we think we’ve thought of a great idea!!).
I could almost hear what he was thinking and I thought to myself,’Okay, here it comes!!.
‘You know’, he said, ‘I don’t know why I didn’t think of this before, I suppose it’s just habit, the pennys’ just dropped!, If I cut down to two cappuccinos a day I’ll have more than enough to cover my shot of Vemma every morning, seeing it works out to the cost of a up of a coffee each day.’
So the moral of the story is, if someone says they can’t afford to take nutrition supplements, is that the real reason or would they rather spend their money on other things??

Most people find Vemma to be delicious
Danny, my Grandson likes Vemma too. His Mummy has been drinking it since long before he was born, and now he gets it also. He was born very healthy and at 4 months old, he is still very healthy. He’s very energetic too, and keeps wanting to stand up, so his long little legs are becoming strong.
In this photo, his Mum thought he might like to taste the little bits of Vemma round the top of the bottle.

How to Live to 101
I discovered an interesting video about people living to the age of 101, and studies that have been done on these people. It’s a long video, but I found it interesting.
